I, Melissa Francios, am a Florida native, born and raised in St. Lucie County. Prior to real
estate, I worked in customer service for 14 years, also a notary to the public study at Indian River
state college and became a licensed nail technician for 8 years. I also ran my own private salon
for 7 years which helped cultivate my entrepreneurial skills. I’ve developed excellent
communication skills and a warm and friendly approach. I had a passion for homes and a
childhood dream of becoming a real estate agent. I, thus, set my eyes on my dream and take
entrepreneurial spirit and passion to the world of real estate.
Being a firm believer in completing every goal and task, I dedicated myself to the new
role and have developed into a conscientious Realtor who exudes credibility, commitment, and
determination. My role as a Realtor is complimented by my personality, and combined with my
creativity, I always bring a little fun into every real estate transaction. I have also developed a
very dedicated team that works hard to keep ahead of the curve by adjusting to new technology
to be innovative in luxury home styling. My experience in customer service makes me devoted to
clients unmatched. I demand the same from my team, always respecting my clients and working
tirelessly on their behalf to ensure they always get candid advice.
I am very active and have two teenagers who are also very active in the community. In
my free time, I love travelling the world, spending time with family, and gourmet cooking and
